Changes are extra; requested changes will be discussed, and a price for work/hours will be charged and paid for prior to commencement of changes being performed.

Total square footage will be derived from the information you provide; once selections have been received, the total square footage will be calculated and confirmed with you. Once the square footage has been confirmed with you, you will receive an invoice via e-mail, that you may pay online via secured website. You will be required to provide payment prior to design commencement. The final design/plans will be e-mailed to you in pdf format.
