DesignMyLuxuryHome.com provides a way for you to select what you desire in the design of your future luxury home ~ at your convenience, online. Here on the home page, you can select what rooms you would like to include, the sizes, the ceiling heights, and even the views you would like to capture!

THE FLOOR-PLAN DESIGNS WE PROVIDE ARE COMPLETELY CUSTOM, SPECIFIC TO THE VIEWS, TOPOGRAPHY, AND VEGETATION OF YOUR LOT. WE PERFORM AN ON-SITE VISUAL OF YOUR LOT AND OBTAIN A TOPOGRAPHY MAP (when available) BEFORE WE START DESIGNING. THE FLOOR PLAN YOU RECEIVE IS NOT JUST SIMPLY PULLED FROM A LIBRARY OF EXISTING PLANS; IT IS INDIVIDUALLY CUSTOM DESIGNED!

With a VIP or Guest login, you may proceed with this service on a complimentary basis as outlined. (This is a complimentary service for our sponsor's clients; 'VIPs') You may register as a Guest and receive a Guest login free of charge by clicking on "Guest Registration" at the menu bar to the right.

If you would like to utilize this service without a VIP or Guest login, please note that the fee for the floor-plan design is $1.00 per square foot, with a 3,500 square foot minimum. (Total square footage will be derived from the information you provide.) Once your selections have been received, the total square footage will be calculated and confirmed with you. You will be required to provide payment prior to design commencement. If you contract with the sponsor of DesignMyLuxuryHome.com (Toltec Custom Homes) to build your luxury home, the total amount that you paid for the floor-plan will be refunded to you after the contract is signed with Toltec Custom Homes, and the initial construction deposit is received by Toltec Custom Homes.
