With VIP status, you receive all of the following on a complimentary basis; complimentary floor-plan design, complimentary 3-D rendering, and complimentary Construction Estimate. Once your Status Upgrade Request Form is completed, submitted and received, your request will be processed based on your responses to the questions and the requirements set forth below.

	I understand that if I receive a VIP login, it is for the purpose of receiving the following: a complimentary initial custom floor plan design with up to 3 hours worth of work in design changes, a complimentary initial 3-D rendering, also with up to 3 hours worth of work in changes, and a complimentary construction estimate with up to 3 hours worth of work in revisions for upgrades or changes. (REQUIRED)
	I understand that if I receive a VIP login and utilize this service, I will receive an e-mailed pdf floor-plan (room layout; NOT construction blueprints), an e-mailed 3-D rendering (computer generated graphic - NOT a three dimensional model), and a construction estimate only (based on the current market in North Scottsdale at the time the estimate is calculated - NOT an open-ended proposal/bid) (REQUIRED)
	I understand that the design questionnaire forms on DesignMyLuxuryHome.com are proprietary, belonging to DesignMyLuxuryHome.com and its sponsor. The completed form(s) will not be released to any other party, including me. (REQUIRED)
	I certify that I currently own a lot/land in North Scottsdale or Paradise Valley, Arizona. (REQUIRED)
	I certify that I have not yet hired an architect or home builder (other than Toltec Custom Homes, the DesignMyLuxuryHome.com sponsor) for my luxury home building project. (REQUIRED)
	I certify that I am neither an architect nor home builder. (REQUIRED)
	I intend to "break ground" on my luxury home building project within one (1) year. (REQUIRED)
	I certify that I am currently a client, or intend to become a client, of Toltec Custom Homes. (REQUIRED)
